Dumka: Sodalite Hard Rubber

Dumka: Sodalite Hard Rubber

$300.00

Special Edition; may not come back.

I love this hard rubber. Just love it. It’s cream colored with fantastically bold blues of various hues throughout. It doesn’t give the illusion of “depth”, but it is as satisfying to look at as the sodalite mineral whence it was named.

The cream and blue colors are mostly 50/50, but the ways in which that plays out can be as variegated as wood can be, so if you choose to specify what you want in the order comment, I can try to accommodate requests, but please be aware that this is all very subjective and dependent upon available supply.

The Dumka is a thicker Soubriquet. That is the size and shape. This is the pen with the biggest diameter (ø .56” at cap threads) made by Desiderata Pen Company.

It features Rapid Release® threads to facilitate capping and uncapping. The cap comes off…rapidly and easily.

Screw Piston Filler. The knob doesn’t come off! Unscrew counterclockwise until it stops and turn clockwise to draw up ink.
