Desiderata Vignette: Rapid Release™ threads.

I wanted cap threads to come off as rapidly as a slip cap. I don't really trust slip caps the way I do screw threads. Rapid Release threads are cut manually. They are 8-start, for those in the know. Part of the fun was I had to devise a way to do this manually and economically, and I think I succeeded.

If you get a pen with Rapid Release™ threads, the cap needs to be VERY tight, lest it come off by accident. They are FAST threads. They WANT to unscrew.
